Look whose got a new toy :))

A friend gave it to me since she had another a better 50mm F/1.8! Thaaaaaaank yoooooussssss.

but, its an old lens so it does not auto-focus on my D60. still, its a super sweeeeeet lens! ive been trying it out just around the house and im definitely loving the buttery bokeh. *slurps*

at least i have a prime that cancels out my dilemma of getting my next upgrade! sb-600 speedlight here i comeee.

hopefully ill get out and about to get better samples from it and post it up here later on.

revisited my old photo albums on the hdd and found this pretty decent picture of the beach when i was in Lancelin for the snowboarding trip. ahh, looking back at the picture reminds me of how the atmosphere was.. cool breezy wind and soft sands with surroundings practically untouched and intact.

hopefully ill get to snap more beach pictures like this sometime soon. 

sighs.

my main concern now is still, the option of either opting a lens or a flash! shit. :S

The Boatshed.

i thought it was a nice day today with all the really awesome looking clouds floating around. so i figured today would be a nice day for me to go shoot the boatshed by the river. but then again, by the time i reach the boatshed the clouds flew away. 

oh lucky me.

maybe ill re-visit the boatshed again and catch it while the clouds are really stunning.
